Our Mission: Reusable Finds is committed to recycling, salvaging and refurbishing as many finds as possible for reuse in our goal of diverting usable materials from landfills. Reusable Finds offers solutions for repurposing and giving items a new life that would otherwise be tossed out. When you pitch something in the garbage, it kills the potential beneficial cycle. Tossing it out should be your last resort. Life usually doesn't end for a consumer product just because you’re finished with it. Items can be recycled, repaired, reused, and useful components can be recovered. Garbage dumps are expensive, rob land of otherwise productive uses, can leach dangerous chemicals into groundwater and produce gases that contribute to climate change. Reusable Finds invites you to put less strain on our environment by decreasing the amount of waste that ends up in our San Diego Landfills. Friends of Reusable Finds – Friends helping friends Reusable Finds is a company dedicated to salvaging materials such as furniture that has reached its usable life by some and giving it new life by repurposing them into other usable items. Working with a network of friends & family, our goal is to salvage and turn secondhand finds into firsthand treasures for new life.
